Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes, we now deliver to the USA, Canada, Austrailia & New Zealand via Royal Mail! Shipping to the EU is temporarily unavailable until we can get issues with customs sorted which we hope will be very soon. Please see the International Shipping section of our Shipping & Payments Policy for more details on buying from abroad.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept debit/credit cards, PayPal, Klarna, gift cards & selected crypto currencies. For more information please see our Shipping & Payments Policy.
I placed an order, how long until it is shipped?
When you order before 2pm Mon-Fri your order will be shipped the same day! Otherwise your order will be shipped the following day. Orders placed on a weekend will be shipped on the following Monday.
How do you keep your prices so competitive?
We source our jewellery in bulk from our reliable and trusted suppliers in the UK and around the world. Sourcing in bulk allows us to keep our costs low and pass on the excellent savings to our customers. We also price our jewellery at a lower profit margin than most other jewellers while relying on higher sales volumes.
Is your jewellery hallmarked?
Yes, where required all jewellery we sell comes with a full UK hallmark and is tested by a government approved Assay Office. Please see our Hallmarking Guide for information on hallmarks in the UK.
How do I know what ring size to buy?
Finding the right size of ring can be a nightmare when shopping online if you do not know the size you are in need of. Our website features a Ring Sizing Guide which is full of tips and information to help find out yours or a loved one’s ring size.
I want to return an item, what should I do?
On the rare occasion you are not happy with your item and you would like to return it, then please let us know by email within 30 days of your order. Please see our Returns Policy for more information on returning an item and refunds. Unfortunately, due to health and hygiene reason we are unable to accept refunds on earrings and we cannot accept any returns on personalised or engraved products.

What is the benefit of paying with crypto?
Crypto Payments are fast and cost effective for international payments. Paying with selected cryptocurrencies removes the need for exchanging one currency for another where a higher rate of transaction fee may apply. For example USD to GBP for a payment from the USA.
