Do you deliver outside the UK?

Yes, we now deliver to over 150 different countries worldwide via Royal Mail! Please see the International Shipping section of our Shipping & Payments Policy for more details on buying from abroad.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept debit/credit cards, PayPal, gift cards & selected crypto currencies. For more information please see our Shipping & Payments Policy.

I placed an order, how long until it is shipped?

When you order before 2pm Mon-Fri your order will be shipped the same day! Otherwise your order will be shipped the following day. Orders placed on a weekend will be shipped on the following Monday.

However, if your order is engraved then please allow 3-4 days for your items to be readied by our trusted supplier.

Is your jewellery hallmarked?

Yes, where required all jewellery we sell comes with a full UK hallmark and is tested by a government approved Assay Office. Please see our Hallmarking Guide for information on hallmarks in the UK.

How do I know what ring size to buy?

Finding the right size of ring can be a nightmare when shopping online if you do not know the size you are in need of. Our website features a Ring Sizing Guide which is full of tips and information to help find out yours or a loved one’s ring size.

I want to return an item, what should I do?

On the rare occasion you are not happy with your item and you would like to return it, then please let us know by email within 30 days of your order. Please see our Returns Policy for more information on returning an item and refunds. Unfortunately, due to health and hygiene reason we are unable to accept refunds on earrings and we cannot accept any returns on personalised or engraved products.

We believe that knowing how to care for and clean your jewellery is just as important as finding that perfect piece.
