Before placing any orders or using our website it is important that you read our terms and conditions. By using you agree to the terms and conditions that are in relation to the usage of our website. When you purchase our products you are bound to our contract sections in relation to sales, which are detailed from sections 3-11 of the full terms and conditions document.

Privacy Policy

Argemti wants every single one of our customers to feel secure and safe when they are buying online on our website and communicating with us. All of our privacy policies comply with the Data Protection Act 2018 (Act) which also complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We are fully committed to protecting your privacy, not just to comply with the law but out of respect to the rights of our customers.

There is certain information that we will you need from you in order to complete your order. This may include name, address, email, phone number & bank details. We use Stripe, PayPal or NowPayments to process payments. These services have their own separate policies which follow relevant law & legislation. Despite this, we take no responsibility to what they do with your information. At Argemti we will not sell your information to any third parties and we will not give out any information about you unless otherwise stated in the privacy policy.

Payments & Shipping Policy

We accept debit/credit cards, bank transfer, PayPal, Klarna, Gift Cards and selected crypto currency payments. At the point of sale you will be taken to a page that is controlled by either Stripe, PayPal, Klarna, GiftUp or NowPayments to complete your payment. 

The final price paid for your item will be total cost of goods + gift wrapping (if required) + delivery (+VAT for customers in the EU only). **Depending on the country you are ordering from, Duty fees/import tax may be charged upon your parcels arrival to your countries border. Once we have received your payment we will send you a receipt via email to let you know that your order has been received.

** Please make sure you are aware of your countries policies around import tax and duty before you place an order.

Cryptocurrency Payments

Argemti accepts selected crypto currency payments and uses NowPayments as a payment gateway. At the point of sale NowPayments checkout generates a QR code for you to scan with your cryptocurrency wallet, or you can copy and paste the wallet address and send the payment manually through your desired wallet/exchange. From here you can select the cryptocurrency you wish to pay with. The cryptocurrencies currently accepted are:

Please Note: Argemti is in no way responsible for any Capital Gains Tax, or any taxes owed due to the ‘sale of an asset’ that you may incur as a result of a crypto payment to us. (This is usually only after you have made £12,300 profits for the annual tax year for the UK, however we have no knowledge of the laws in other countries.)

On the off chance you are unhappy with your item and you request a refund, we will send any refund to the wallet you used to make the payment. The refund will be the GBP equivalent of the payment made to us and NOT the amount of crypto currency coins you paid with.

IMPORTANT: Once your order has been placed, your conformation email may take a while to deliver to your email address. This is because I have to manually confirm that your payment has been received via NowPayments which I will do as soon as possible. The length of time this may take can vary due to differences in time zones as we are based in the United Kingdom. Please do not worry if conformation takes a while. If you do have any concerns at all, please feel free email me at and i will respond as soon as i possibly can.


We use Royal Mail For to fulfil our orders. We offer free shipping within the UK on all jewellery but shipping charges will apply on all jewellery care & jewellery storage products.

Once your item has been shipped we will send you an email to let you know that it has been dispatched, along with your tracking number.

If you have not received your order within 7 working days of your order date (or 14 days for international shipping) then please get in touch and we will chase it up for you. 

Orders over the value of £50 are sent by fully insured Royal Mail Special Delivery.

** Due to the Royal Mail strikes there might be a slight delay in your delivery time. We have temporarily added DPD as a shipping option for a £2.47 shipping fee.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping across the world and use Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed or other shipping providers as listed by Easyship to fulfil these orders which will be shown at the cart page if they are available to you.

Unfortunately at this time, for Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed orders we can not ship to P.O boxes or Pack stations.

The price for shipping is as set out by Royal Mail and is calculated in 3 shipping zones. The locations of each shipping zone are as follows:

Zone 1 – World Zone 1 covers Canada.

Zone 2 – World Zone 2 covers Australia and New Zealand.

Zone 3 – World Zone 3 covers the United States of America.

*Europe – Covers the entire continent of Europe.

Delivery aim is 5-7 working days for worldwide shipping. If you have not received your order within 10-12 working days then please get in touch and we will chase this up for you.

All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom. Depending on your country, your order may be subjected to import/duty tax. Please make sure that you know and understand the laws and policies around your countries import tax before placing your order to avoid any unexpected charges or fees. For shipping options that are provided by Easyship, estimates are given to calculate the amount of import/duty tax is payable for your order. These are estimates only and may change on your packages arrival to your relevant customs. We appreciate and thank you for your understanding.

*Due to current hold ups at the European border and customs issues, we have decided to temporarily suspend shipping to Europe.

Klarna Payments

Buy now and pay later with Klarna and choose the option of paying for your order in 30 days time when you receive your order or split payments into 3 monthly instalments, completely free of interest & charges. All applications to pay with Klarna are subject to credit checks. By choosing to pay with Klarna you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions listed. Failure to make re-payments may leave a negative effect on your credit file and effect your ability to obtain credit in the future.

Pay After Delivery

Pay In Instalments

Returns Policy

At Argemti it is important to us that you are fully satisfied with what you have ordered. We aim to get every single order as perfect as possible. However if for any reason you are unhappy with your item, you have the right to return it for either a full refund or a replacement. Please read our policy on returns & refunds if you feel you need/want a refund.

  1. Argemti will accept returns within 30 days of the day you ordered the item.
  2. The item must be exactly as it was sent to you and not damaged in any way.
  3. Due to health and hygiene reasons returns on earrings can NOT be accepted.
  4. Return postage is to be paid for by the customer.
  5. Customers will have 14 days from the return request date to send the item back to us.
  6. Once we have received the returned item we will pay your full refund within 14 days though we will aim to do this within 48 hours.
  7. Refunds for items paid for with a gift card will have the money refunded back to the gift card, cash refunds will be unavailable.
  8. The option to have a replacement item is available should you be happy to request this option.
  9. Refunds for items paid with via cryptocurrency will have the GBP equivalent of their payment refunded and NOT the number of coins used to pay.
  10. Personalised, bespoke and engraved items are not eligible for a refund.

If for any reason this policy should clash with the terms listed in the terms & conditions, the conditions laid out on this page shall take priority over the terms & conditions. If you feel like you are eligible for a refund please get in contact with us as soon as you possibly can. We have a template, rights to return form which can be found at the bottom of the terms and conditions page that you may copy and paste into an email should you require. Gift Card Policy

We aim to make sure all customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. This includes our e-gift cards, which is why we have put this policy in place to help you understand exactly what you are buying. These policies are in place for your security as well as our own. We have partnered with GiftUp as our gift card provider and they follow all of the relevant data protection laws when processing your data. Before purchasing a gift card it is important that you read and understand our gift card policy.

  1. Purchasing and redeeming of gift cards can only be done online.
  2. Gift cards may be sent by email to whoever they are for along with a personal message from you, however we reserve the right to refuse any offensive messages.
  3. If your message is refused a refund will be given and your order cancelled.
  4. £10 is the minimum amount that can be loaded onto a gift card.
  5. £50 is the maximum amount that can be loaded onto the gift card.
  6. Delivery costs are not included in the gift card and will be charged separately.
  7. A gift card can be used to pay for all or part of an order.
  8. You can use up to 3 gift cards for any single order.
  9. You can not buy a gift card with another gift card.
  10. Gift cards can not be exchanged for cash
  11. Any refunds given on an item that was paid for via gift card, will be refunded back to the gift card. Not cash.
  12. We reserve the right to refuse to accept a gift card if there is any evidence of tampering or fraud.
  13. We accept no responsibility for the loss of any gift cards.
  14. If for any reason Argemti is to go into liquidation, we will honour your right to refund. If this is to happen we will release further details to you by email, if you have allowed us to contact you by this method.
  15. Gift cards can be saved and used through either you Apple wallet or GooglePay wallet if you so wish
  16. Gift cards are valid immediately after they have been purchased and have no expiration date.
  17. Gift cards are non returnable or refundable.

Bespoke Products

Some products that we offer in our store are made to order as per your requirements. It is important that before you order any bespoke products from us that you read and fully understand our policies in regards to bespoke items. At this time, our bespoke products are available for shipping in the United Kingdom only.

  1. Items that are clearly marked in our online store are manufactured to order. Please allow up to 4-5 weeks for delivery of these products to allow time for producing the item.
  2. Unless in a case of error on our part, if your product arrives damaged or in exceptional circumstances, we can not offer refunds or returns on bespoke or personalised items for any reason.
  3. If your item arrives damaged or with error, please contact us on the form at the bottom of this page as soon as possible with a photo of the damage or error to arrange a return.
  4. If we agree that your item needs to be refunded, please return the product to us with the address we provide for you. Returns are to be paid for you and are as per our returns policy.
  5. Once we have received the returned product exactly how it was sent, we will process your refund and it will be repaid to you within 28 days maximum though will process the refund as soon as possible.

Back Order Policy

Before you back order a product, it is important that you read and fully understand our “Back Orders Policy”. If for any reason you do not agree with these terms, then please do not use our back order service. By using our back order service, you are agreeing to the policies and terms listed below.

Certain products that show in our online store are made to order and are available for back order. These products are made as per the requirements that you selected on the product page.

When you back order an item you will be shown a message explaining that the item you are ordering is a back order. If you choose, you can go back and not proceed with the order. If you are happy with back ordering your item, then the payment is taken at checkout.

Once the payment for your back ordered product has been taken, your product will be manufactured as soon as possible. At present, there is a maximum 4-5 week wait time for these made to order products, though we will try our best to have the product made in a quicker time-frame.

In the unlikely event that we are able to fulfil your back order for any reason, then we will let you know via email (please check spam) and then issue you a full refund. Your refund may take anywhere up to two weeks but we aim to have it processed within 48 hours if possible as not to leave you waiting.

Once your product has been produced, we will dispatch your product with fully tracked and insured shipping. Once your item is dispatched we will send you an e-mail to you know along with your tracking number and a link for you to track your parcel. You will then receive your item in maximum 3 working days. If you have not received your item in 5-7 working days then please contact us and we will chase it up for you.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your product, you have the right to return it for a full refund as part of our 30 day money back guarantee. Please see our Returns Policy for more information.


Argemti uses OpenSea NFT marketplace to sell our NFT’s. We are in no way affiliated with OpenSea and this is in no way an endorsement of us by OpenSea. 

OpenSea follows their own separate terms and conditions and privacy policies which are in line with all regulations in terms of user privacy and data protection. 

When you purchase an NFT from Argemti, you are only paying for the NFT art. However all NFT arts are redeemable for the physical product featured in your NFT. 

When you purchase your NFT, you will be given access to the unlockable content attached to the NFT. This content will give you the instructions and redeem code needed to redeem your physical product. 

Redeem codes can only be used once

Argemti accepts no responsibility for the loss of any redeem codes or physical products that have been redeemed. 

If the product you wish to redeem is out of stock, we will let you know and send you the product as soon as it is available. This should take no longer than 28 days but in some cases which we will inform you of it may take longer.

At this time we are only shipping to the UK, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Please make sure you have a valid address in one of these regions before you attempt to redeem your physical product. Otherwise we unfortunately will not be able to ship your product. 

All physical products are sent via Royal Mail and are sent as signed for delivery. You will be contacted with a tracking number as soon as we have shipped your product. 

If you sell on your NFT in the future, we please ask that you also send any redeemed physical product or redeem codes to the new owner of the NFT as ownership of the NFT gives you the rights to own the physical product. However, Argemti accepts no responsibility if the seller fails to do so.

NFT Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will accept returns within 14 days of the day of your purchase. 

Any refund received will be the GBP equivalent of the amount paid and not the amount of cryptocurrency tokens paid with. 

Returns will be processed once ownership of the NFT has been transferred back to Argemti and any redeemed products have been returned to us exactly how they were sent. (Any redeem codes will then be rendered invalid.) 

Return shipping and packaging for redeemed items is to be paid for by the customer.

All of the policies followed by Argemti are compliant with the Data Protection Act 2018 (Act) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This is for the protection of any of your personal and private information.

If for any reason you want to request a copy of the information we have on file for you, you can do so by using the contact box below or by a mobile telephone call to 07572251694 (calls are charged at your standard rate). Please note we will ask you to verify certain aspects of your information before disclosing any of your information at all. If we have any reason to believe there is any kind of fraud or false identification we reserve the right to refuse your access to the information you require. We may also decide to take this further with legal action if there is sufficient evidence of fraud or identity theft. This is purely for the protection of your personal details.

If for any reason you want to request we delete any information we have on file about you, you can do so using the same methods listed above. We take your privacy and confidentiality very seriously and it is important to us that you are confident that we will respect your rights.
