We offer our jewellery cleaning service within the United Kingdom, with a local service to the Preston, Lancashire area.

If you are using our local Preston, Lancashire service, please contact us to book your jewellery in for cleaning.
Once your jewellery has been booked in, you can either drop off your jewellery to the address provided or arrange to have your jewellery collected from your address at one of the available times provided.
Once your jewellery has been cleaned and is ready for you, we will contact you to let you know that it is ready for collection. If you would like your jewellery to be delivered to your address, we will drop it off to you free of charge.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Lead Times
Lead Times may vary depending on demand. We aim to have all orders completed within 1-3 business days. In special cases or pieces of jewellery that require something more specialist, lead times can take up to 7 business days. We will let you know as soon as possible if your order will take longer than expected.
**Please include as much information about your jewellery as possible. Eg. Rhodium plated, e-coated and any information on gemstones set into the piece. This will help us best prepare to clean your jewellery safely in the most efficient time.
