Refund Policy (US)

    1. Argemti will accept returns within 30 days of the day you ordered the item.
    2. The item must be exactly as it was sent to you and not damaged in any way.
    3. We do not offer free returns unless the product is defective due to a manufacturer's error. If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact us immediately.
    4. Return postage is to be paid for by the customer. Shipping charges are not refunded. 
    5. We currently do not charge any restocking fee but if any customer has excessive returns we have the right to charge up to a 15% restocking fee. 
    6. Customers will have 14 days from the return request date to send the item back to us.
    7. Once we have received the returned item we will pay your full refund within 14 days though we will aim to do this within 3-5 days.
    8. Refunds for items paid for with a gift card will have the money refunded back to the gift card, cash refunds will be unavailable.

If for any reason this policy should clash with the terms listed in the terms & conditions, the conditions laid out on this page shall take priority over the terms & conditions.     • your order number
    • the items you’re returning
    • your name and e-mail address

    This way we will be able to locate your order on our systems easier and provide you with a more efficient service.
